Kegel exercises will help you multiply your orgasms

 

If you want to have multiple orgasms, it’s good to master the so-called Kegel exercises. Therefore, contract your vaginal muscles, which will increase your arousal, especially if you have a man to help you with his tongue, or his penis which you additionally squeeze with your vaginal muscles during sexual intercourse, thus making your partner feel greater pleasure.
